Do not add oil or water.Cover; microwave on high 6 to 81/2 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot!Uncover carefully; stir. Drain.Note: Cook times were developed using 1200-watt and 700-watt microwaves. Microwave wattages vary; adjust time as needed. Cook thoroughly. Do not leave microwave unattended. Sauteing DirectionsTo bring out the best flavor and texture, follow the saute directions.You Will Need:• 1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil1. Pour oil and water into 10-inch skillet. Add vegetables.2. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 4 minutes, stirring once. Uncover; cook 2 to 4 minutes, stirring once or twice, until thoroughly cooked. Keep frozen. For Food Safety and Quality, Following the Cooking Directions.Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160degF as measured by an instant-read food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers.
