Pour oil and water into 10-inch skillet. Add vegetables.2. Cover; cook over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Microwave DirectionsImportant: Do not microwave in bag.Sauteing is the preferred cooking method, but if you microwave, follow these directions:Pour vegetables into 11/2-quart round microwaveable casserole dish. Do not add oil or water.Cover; microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot!Uncover carefully; stir. Drain.Note: Cook times were developed using 1200-watt and 700-watt microwaves. Microwave wattages vary; adjust time as needed. Cook thoroughly. Do not leave microwave unattended. Keep frozen. For Food Safety and Quality, Following the Cooking Directions.Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160degF as measured by an instant-read food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
