Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Conventional Oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 350F for perfect baking. 3. Arrange Bake Perfect Oven Bags with window side up in a shallow metal baking pan. Do not pierce, cut, or open the bags. 4. Bake 24 to 26 minutes*. 5. Carefully cut open one end of the bag to remove fillet. Caution: Hot steam will escape when bag is opened. Do not microwave. *Fully cook salmon to an internal temperature of 145F or higher before serving.
