Directions
Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook.Traditional Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven1. Preheat oven to 425degF.2. Arrange on metal baking pan.3. Bake 17–19 minutes total*. Flip after 12 minutes.* Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 145degF or higher before serving. Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Faster Cooking Directions: Microwave + Oven BroilerFor more than 4 fillets, traditional cooking directions are recommended.1. Microwave (1100Watts)** fish fillets in a single layer on high for 1 minute. Use microwavable dish; paper plate not recommended.2. While microwaving, move oven rack to middle of oven.3. Turn oven on broil setting (hi or 550degF). Preheat oven for only 1 minute.4. Caution: hot! Transfer fish fillets onto metal baking pan and broil according to the chart below.Broil Cook Times*2 fillets; 3 minutes; flip; 3–4 minutes4 fillets; 5 minutes; flip; 5–6 minutes* Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 145degF or higher before serving.**Note: for lower wattage microwaves, microwave an additional 30 seconds.
