Alaska Pollock Fillets: Alaska Pollock, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (To Retain Fish Moisture).Batter Coating: Water, Rice Flour, Wheat Flour, Tapioca Dextrin, Salt, Whey, Onion Powder, Baking Powder (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Dextrose, Sugar, Sunflower Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Yeast, Spice, Natural Flavor.
