Directions

Concentrated. Must add water. Step 1: Clean carton top; shake well and open. Step 2: Using the bottle markings to measure, pour equal amounts of water and formula into bottle. Step 3: Cap bottle; shake well. Feed baby immediately or refrigerate and use bottle within 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. To make approx. 2 fl. oz. bottle, measure 1 fl. oz. water and add 1 fl. oz. of concentrated formula. To make approx. 4 fl. oz. bottle, measure 2 fl. oz. water and add 2 fl. oz. of concentrated formula. To make approx. 6 fl. oz. bottle, measure 3 fl. oz. water and add 3 fl. oz. of concentrated formula. To make approx. 8 fl. oz. bottle, measure 4 fl. oz. water and add 4 fl. oz. of concentrated formula. Storage: Cover open carton, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. Store unopened cartons at room temperature. Avoid extreme storage temperatures.
