Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Long Grain Brown Rice), Onions, Portabella Mushrooms, Crimini Mushrooms, Spinach, Rolled Oats, Oat Fiber, Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Water, contains two percent or less of Salt, Cooked Wild Rice (Long Grain Wild Rice, Water), Canola Oil, Soy Protein Isolate, Garlic Powder, Methylcellulose, Soy Protein Concentrate, Natural Flavors (contains Wheat), Yeast Extract, Caramelized Sugar, Garlic, Onion Powder, Spices, Torula Yeast, Sugar, Wine Solids, Soy Flour, Caramel Color, Sunflower Oil.


Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165F. Never leave cooking appliance unattended while in use. Children should be supervised. In the Skillet (For Crispier Texture): 1. Lightly spray both sides of burger with cooking oil. 2. Place frozen burger in non-stick skillet. 3. Heat burger over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning over halfway through cook time. In the Microwave*: 1. Place frozen burger on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute 45 seconds to 2 minutes, turning burger over halfway through the cooking time. 3. Microwaving more than one burger at a time is not recommended. On the Grill: 1. Preheat grill. 2. Use a food thermometer to be sure burgers reach a minimum internal temperature of 165F.
