Quick recipe: Serve 4. Roasted tomato chicken: 4 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 1 1/2 pounds. 1 pouch FronteraÂ® roasted tomato chicken skillet sauce. 1. Brown chicken: season chicken with salt. Heat 1 tbs. oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add chicken in single layer. Cook, turning, until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. 2. Combine: pour sauce over chicken. Simmer 2-5 min. Variation: use boneless thighs or bone-in breasts; increase step 2 time by 5-10 min.
