All You Need: 1 pkg. French's Hot Buffalo Wings Seasoning Blend; 2 lbs thawed chicken wings or drummettes. All You Do: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine chicken & seasoning blend in roasting bag; toss to coat. 2. Place bag in large baking pan; arrange chicken in single layer. Close bag loosely with nylon tie; cut 2 small slits into top for steam to escape. 3. Place in lower half of oven to allow bag to expand during cooking. (Bag should not touch oven walls, racks or heating element). Bake 50 to 60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F, or juices run clear. 4. Carefully cut bag open; transfer chicken to serving dish. Serve with blue cheese dressing & celery sticks if desired. Makes 6 servings. Meal Solutions: For Crispier Wings: Prepare as directed. Transfer cooked wings to foil-lined baking sheet. Broil 4 inches from heat for 6-10 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once.
