Serve it up. Our egg pasta comes in convenient, portion-sized nests, making it easy to prepare and serve just the right amount. 1 nest per person is ideal as a side dish. 2 nests per person for a small entree. 3 nests per person for a hearty, main entree. Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add salt, 2 tbsp. per pkg. (do not add oil). Cook for 7 minutes, or until al dente. Drain (never rinse) and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water for a finish to your desired sauce. Be sure to heat pasta with sauce together for about 2 minutes to coat. Cooks in 7 minutes!
