Mashed Potatoes (70%) (Water, Dehydrated Potatoes: Potatoes, Antioxidant: Sodium Metabisulphite, Natural Flavorings), Wheat Flour, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Salt, Lactic Acid, Potassium Sorbate (as a Preservative)
Cooking: Do not cook in pouch. Remove from pouch. Add 16 oz DaVinci Gnocchi to 4 quarts of lightly salted, rapidly boiling water. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until Gnocchi float to the top. Drain. Serve with any of DaVinci's Pasta Sauces, topped with parmesan cheese. Serves 3. Note: After opening, uncooked Gnocchi should be sealed in a plastic bag and stored in a freezer. As An Appetizer: Place cooked Gnocchi in greased, ovenproof dish. Cover with 1/8 cup melted butter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
