Water, Natural Hickory Wood Smoke, Vinegar, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Black Pepper, Dark Red Chile, Hydrolyzed Soy and Corn Protein, Sugar, Carmel Color, Molasses, Papain, Citric Acid.


For Cooking Brisket: Place trimmed brisket in cook/browning bag & pour sauce over brisket (approx. 2 oz per pound) seal bag and place in cooking pan or place brisket without bag) in deep cooking pan. Pour sauce over brisket, cover and seal pan with foil. Marinate brisket in refrigerator over night. Next day, place pan in oven and cook at 300 degrees F for approx. four hours. Shred brisket while hot or slice when brisket is cooled. Add water to remaining juice (from bag or pan) to taste and use as a gravy. Also excellent for use with steaks, roast, pork or lamb chops, spare ribs, fish or meatloaf. Best results obtained by marinating several hours before cooking or grilling. Shake well before using.
