Preparation Instructions: Oven Bake: Note: Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking time as necessary. 1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Arrange frozen french fries in a single layer on a shallow baking tray. 3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes to light golden color. 4. Serve hot. Deep Fry: Caution: Ice crystals will cause spattering when added to hot oil. Allow excessive crystals to melt prior to frying. 1. Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 350F. Deep fryer should not be more than half full of oil. 2. Fill fryer basket not more than half full of frozen french fries. Use caution as you lower basket into hot oil. 3. Fry 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes to obtain desired color and crispness. 4. Drain on paper towels, and serve hot. Keep frozen.
