Brew the perfect cup! Boil: Bring fresh; filtered water to a rolling boil. Steep: Pour 3/4 cup water over one tea bag in a cup. Steep 4 to 6 minutes and remove bag. Enjoy: For authentic chai flavor, add 1/4 cup hot milk and sweeten to taste. Try it iced: Use 2 tea bags, 3/4 cup boiling water and 1/4 cup cold milk. Prepare as above and pour over ice in a heat-resistant cup or pitcher.
