Ingredients

Water, Corn Masa Flour (Corn Treated with Lime), Ground Tomatoes (Crushed Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Salt, Citric Acid, and Calcium Chloride), Green Bell Peppers, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Onions, Cheddar Cheese (Grade A Pasteurized Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes, and Annatto Color), Monterey Jack Cheese (Grade A Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes and Cultures), Green Zucchini, Red Bell Peppers, Potatoes, Yellow Bell Peppers, Roasted Poblano Chile, Mushrooms, Carrots, Vegetable Base (Sauteed Vegetables {Carrots, Celery, Onions}, Evaporated Cane Sugar, Native Starch, Salt, Corn Oil, and Natural Flavoring), Jalapeno Peppers, Cilantro, Gallic, Aluminum Free Baking Powder, Salt, Cornstarch, Spices, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Red Pepper Chili Flakes, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper.

Directions

Keep frozen. Heating instructions: Keep frozen until ready to heat. Do not thaw out. Microwave oven: Note: Heating instructions were tested with an 1100-watt microwave. Remove tamale from package and wrap in a damp paper towel and place on a microwave safe plate. Place in oven and heat on high for approximately 3 - 3 1/2 minutes. Let stand I minute before serving. Remove tamale from corn husk and enjoy. (Variations do occur in microwave ovens, so consult your owner's guide for exact settings and time). Steaming on stove top: Remove tamale from package and place in a stovetop steamer. Steam for 20 - 25 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Remove tamale from corn husk and enjoy.
