Cooking Directions: Microwave: Important: Microwave Only--Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate. 1. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. (Do not cut slit in pouch.) 2. Microwave on high 3 to 4-1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 3. Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir well. Season to taste. To make 2 pouches at the same time, microwave on high 6-1/2 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft.): Microwave up to 1 minute longer if needed. Stove-Top: 1. Heat 1/2 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Empty pouch of frozen vegetables into saucepan. Heat to boiling. Stir; cover and reduce heat to medium. 2. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain; season to taste. For 2 pouches, make as directed above--except use 2/3 cup boiling water in 2-quart saucepan and cook 3 to 5 minutes. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft.): No change. Keep frozen. Refrigerate leftovers.
