Taco Shells: Ground Corn Flour, Coconut and/or Soybean Oil, Water, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Lime, Taco Sauce: Tomatoes, Water, Tomato Paste, Green Chili, Vinegar, Onion, Jalapeno Peppers, Salt, Potato Starch and Garlic, Taco Seasoning Mix: Dehydrated Onion, Lactose, Salt, Paprika, Chili Peppers, Potato Flour, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Cocoa, Citric Acid and Cottonseed Oil
Prepare Filling: Brown 1 lb ground beef over medium heat. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning mix and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil. Simmer. Stir occasionally till liquid is reduced. Warm taco shells. Heat taco shells on baking sheet in preheated 350 degree F oven for 4-5 minutes until shells are crisp. Or microwave unwrapped tray of shells for 1-1 1/2 minutes on High setting. Prepare topping and serve. Fill each heated taco shell with 3 teaspoons of meat. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and taco sauce.
