Corn Masa Flour, White Bean Powder, Natural Chicken Flavor (Salt, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Corn Oil, Natural Flavor, and Turmeric), Garlic, Onion, Spices, Bell Pepper, Jalapeno Pepper.
You'll need: 2 lbs. Boneless skinless chicken (breast or thigh) cut into 1/2 inch cubes. 1 tbsp. Vegetable or olive oil. 3 cups water. Cooking instructions: brown chicken in vegetable or olive oil. Add water, spice, masa flour, and jalapeno & bell pepper packets. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue to simmer on low to medium heat for an additional 15 minutes or until chili has a thicker consistency. To fix it mild, omit the cayenne pepper. To fix it hot, stir in cayenne pepper packet to desired taste. Prep time: 5 minutes. Cook time: 30 minutes. Makes: 6-8oz servings. Create your own: create your own chili by adding any one or more of the following suggestions: add chopped onion or green peppers when browning chicken. Add 15oz can drained white beans during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Omit 1 cup of water and add in one 14oz can stewed or diced tomatoes. Serve over tortilla chips and top with shredded monterey jack cheese or sour cream.
