1 pkg. soup mix. 2 cups chopped meat (chicken, sausage, seafood or a combination). 8 cups water. 1. In a large stockpot, combine soup mix, red seasoning packet and water (set yellow soup base packet aside for later). Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. 2. Add meat and cook 10 minutes longer. Combine yellow soup base packet with 1 tbsp. cold water. Add to soup while stirring. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
