Remove plastic from needle tip. Attach needle by turning clockwise. Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. Preparation: Prior to injecting, always pour a portion of the marinade into a bowl or measuring cup to eliminate contamination of unused product. (Seriously, 3-steps. This is almost too easy). 1. Attach needle and pull marinade into injector. 2. Stick needle into meat and inject marinade while withdrawing slowly. Repeat in various directions throughout selected meat. 3.
