Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. Gently heat sauce to simmer on stovetop, stirring occasionally. Start saucing meat at any time. Since there is no sugar the sauce will not burn or caramelize. Sauce meat 2 to 3 times before removing from BBQ pit or grill. Also great used as a marinade or on baked or broiled meat or fish in the oven.
