For adults, mix one (1) to two (2) scoops with 10-12 fluid ounces of water and consume prior to your workout. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Take this product with an adequate daily fluid intake for hydration. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Begin with half the recommended dosage to assess individual tolerance and gradually increase to 2 scoops after several workouts. Do not take more than 2 scoops in a 24-hour period.
