You Will Need: 1 lb. uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 cup hot water, 1-3/4 cups milk. 1. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Heat butter and oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook about 3 minutes, stirring often. 2. Stir in hot water, milk, Seasoning Mix (white pouch) and Pasta. Heat to boiling. 3. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. 4. Remove from heat. Stir in Carbonara Sauce (silver pouch). Refrigerate leftovers.
