You Will Need: 2/3 cup warm water (not boiling water), 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 egg. 1. Heat oven to 425F (or 400F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet or pan). Grease cookie sheet or 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray or shortening. 2. Stir Yeast Packet and warm water in medium bowl until dissolved. 3. Stir in Pizza Crust Mix, oil and egg until soft dough forms. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. 4. Press dough into 12-inch circle on sheet or pizza pan, using fingers dusted with gluten-free flour. Bake crust before topping 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Add cooked meat or other toppings. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes longer or until cheese in center is melted.
