You Will Need: 1 lb. uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, 2-1/4 cups hot water. 1. Cut chicken into thin strips, about 2 x 1/4-inch. Stir chicken and Seasoning Mix in 10-inch nonstick skillet until chicken is evenly coated. Stir in oil. Spread chicken out in skillet. 2. Cook uncovered over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, turning chicken halfway through cook time, until chicken is blackened (brown-black color) on both sides. 3. Stir in hot water and Rice. Heat to boiling. 4. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring once, until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Refrigerate leftovers. Add a Fresh Twist: Top with a tablespoon of chopped green onions for a delicious fresh crunch. Stir in a dash of red pepper sauce if you want a hit of spice.
