Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow these cooking directions. Conventional oven: Chef recommended. Do not prepare in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Pull back corner of film to vent. 3. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 45 to 50 minutes. Remove carefully, it's hot! 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Let stand 2 minutes; serve and enjoy! Temperatures above 350 degrees F and/or failure to use a baking sheet may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven. Microwave oven: Cook only one at a time. 1. Pull back corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave on medium (50% power) 14 to 16 minutes. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy! Serve over pasta or on sandwiches.
