Keep frozen. Heating Directions: Keep frozen - Do not thaw. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed to reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cooking Instructions as Prepared by a 1000 Watt Microwave: Do not pierce bag. 1. Place frozen, unopened bag with this side up facing up in microwave. 2. Microwave on high for 8 minutes.
