Ingredients (Vegan): Organic Short Grain Brown Rice, Organic Onions, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Broccoli, Organic Carrots, Organic Tofu (Filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Nigari [Magnesium Chloride, A Natural Firming Agent]), Organic Spinach, Organic Celery, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spices, Organic Sesame Tahini, Organic Tamari (Wheat Free), Ground Mustard Seeds, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Ume Plum Vinegar, Grain Vinegar, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Black Pepper, Organic Garlic.
Microwave or regular oven. Perishable. Keep frozen. Conventional oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove overwrap and cover bowl with foil. Place bowl on a cookie sheet and bake for 50 minutes or until heated throughout. Microwave oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes or until hot. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above.
