Organic Arborio Rice, Filtered Water, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Peas, Organic Grade AA Butter (Organic Cream, Salt), Organic Onions, Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), Sea Salt, Powdered Wild-Crafted Porcini Mushrooms, Black Pepper.
Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Microwave oven (preferred method). Make a 1-inch slit in top of overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap and gently stir. Cook another 1-2 minutes. Stir, let stand 2 minutes and serve. Stovetop: Remove bowl from carton and overwrap. Remove frozen risotto from bowl and place in top portion of a double boiler. Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and allow to simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Stir well and serve hot. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
