Organic Arborio Rice, Filtered Water, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Peas, Organic Butter (Organic Cream, Salt), Organic Onions, Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [Without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), Sea Salt, Powdered Wild-Crafted Porcini Mushrooms, Black Pepper.


Keep frozen. Microwave oven (preferred method): Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minutes. Serve. Stovetop: Remove food from bowl. Place in a double boiler and cover. Bring water to a boil, then reduce to low. Steam for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir well before serving.
