Ingredients (Vegan): Filtered Water, Organic Corn Tortillas (Organic White Corn cooked in Water with a trace of Lime), Organic Tomato Puree, Organic Zucchini, Organic Tofu (Filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Nigari [Magnesium Chloride, a Natural Firming Agent]), Organic Black Beans, Organic Yellow Corn, Organic Onions, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Organic Bell Peppers, Spices, Organic Tapioca Starch, Olives, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Green Chiles, Chives.


Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Directions: Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove tray from carton. Remove overwrap and cover with foil. Place tray on cookie sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes or until heated throughout. Let stand covered for 2 minutes. Microwave oven: Remove tray from carton. Put a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
