Cook to 165 degrees F. Raw uncooked keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Grill: Remove patty paper. Coat grill well with cooking spray and pre-heat on low setting. Cook grillers over low-med heat for 8-10 minutes per side to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Stove top: Remove patty paper. Coat non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat pan for 1 minute over med-high heat put grillers in pan, cook 4 minutes, flip and cook an additional 4 minutes. Turn heat to low, add 2 tbsp water, cover and cook for an additional 4 minutes to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Oven bake: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F - remove patty paper. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray, put grillers on sheet, place in oven. Bake for 10 minutes, flip and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
