Salt, Sugar, Corn Starch (Prevents Caking), and Bromelain (Tenderizer).
Direction: Moisten surface of meat. Shake Adolph's tenderizer evenly over entire surface of meat (approximately 1 tsp. Per lb.) do not add salt. Bake, broil, or grill immediately. For thicker cuts of meat, let stand 30 minutes before cooking.
