Ingredients

Rice (Jasmine Rice), Seasonings (Coconut Milk Powder (Coconut, Glucose Syrup (Tapioca), Mono and Diglyceride (an Emulsifier), Dipotassium Phosphate (a Stabilizer), Silicon Dioxide (to prevent caking)), Salt, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Spices (Turmeric Powder, Mustard Powder, Fenugreek, Ginger Powder, Cumin Powder, Caraway Powder, Coriander, Dextrose), Red Bell Pepper, Silicon Dioxide (to prevent caking)), Yellow Curry Paste (Soybean Oil, Shallot, Chili, Garlic, Water, Mustard Powder, Salt, Fenugreek Powder, Lemongrass, Turmeric Powder, White Pepper Powder, Ginger Powder, Paprika Powder, Cumin Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Caraway Powder, Dextrose, Alpha-Tocopherol (an Antioxidant), Coriander).

Directions

Serving suggestions: As a side dish or stuffing: Prepare rice as directed. Add 1 cup of any combination of dried cranberries, raisins, nuts, or your favorite sauteed vegetables. As a main dish: Prepare rice as directed. Add up to 2 cups of any combination of cooked chicken, beef, pork, seafood, sauteed vegetables, dried cranberries, nuts or raisins. Try all four flavors. Jasmine rice. Coconut ginger rice. Yellow curry rice. Garlic basil coconut rice. Rice salad: 1. Prepare rice as directed. Let cool. 2. Mix in up to 2 cups dried fruits, chopped veggies or nuts. 3. For a dressing, heat 1 cup rice wine vinegar with 1 tbsp sugar until sugar dissolves. Let cool, and toss with salad. Cooking instructions: On the stovetop: 1. Bring 1 3/4 cups water to a boil in covered pot. Add 1 tbsp butter or oil, if desired. 2. Add contents of box (all 3 envelopes). Stir and cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Enjoy! In the microwave: 1. Stir together contents of box (all 3 envelopes) plus 1 3/4 cups water in a microwave-safe dish. Add 1 tbsp butter or oil, if desired. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes. Uncover and stir. 3. Re-cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until rice is soft and tender. 4. Uncover, stir, re-cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
