Keep frozen. Bring 6 cups water to a boil in large saucepan. Add content of 1 package (1 lb.) frozen, Well-Pac Edamame and 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional). Return to a boil. Cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes. Drain. Serve, hot or cold, as an appetizer or snack. Open pod; eat the beans inside and discard pod. Or, add cooled, shelled beans to tossed green, bean or pasta salads, as desired.
