Heirloom Red Rice.
Cooking: Stir 1 cup of Village Harvest Red Rice and a pinch of salt into 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then turn heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Uncover, fluff with a fork and serve. You may also use a rice cooker for the same delicious results.
