Ingredients: 1 packet Victoria Taylor's Cracked Black Pepper Steak Seasoning; 4 sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip steaks (6 oz each). 1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high, or pre-heat broiler to high. 2. Rub the Cracked Black Pepper Steak Seasoning on all sides of the steak (about 1 tablespoon per steak). 3. Cook steaks to your liking or until the internal temperature reaches 130-135 degrees for medium. 4. Remove the steaks from the grill or broiler. Let rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to reabsorb into the steak.
