Cookie Brittle (Makes about 24 servings)You will need:3/4 cup (11/2 sticks) butter, melted1/4 cup granulated sugarPreheat oven to 325degF. Line large rimmed baking sheet (17 x 11-inch) with foil. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.Combine melted butter and sugar in large bowl. Stir in Cookie Mix until crumbly. Gently stir in Butterfinger® Baking Bits until combined.Sprinkle dough across prepared baking sheet. Press dough to cover sheet, about 1/4-inch thick.Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Lift brittle from foil and break into pieces. Cookies (Makes about 18 cookies)You will need:1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened1 large egg1 Tbsp. waterPreheat oven to 350degF.Beat softened butter, egg and water in large bowl until combined. For best results, use on electric mixer. Slowly add Cookie Mix and continue mixing until dough forms. Gently stir in Butterfinger® Baking Bits.Drop dough by rounded tablespoon, 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.Bake 10 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch baking ban with nonstick cooking spray.Beat softened butter, mashed banana, egg and baking powder in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute. Add Cookie Mix and continue mixing until smooth. Gently stir in Butterfinger® Baking Bits.Spread batter into prepared pan.Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack before cutting.
