Brownie Cookies (Makes about 21 cookies)You will need:1 large egg1/3 cup vegetable oil2 Tbsp. waterPreheat oven to 325degF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease.Stir Brownie Mix, egg, oil and water in large bowl until dough forms. Stir in Morsels.Drop dough by rounded tablespoon, 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until centers are set but still soft. Cool on sheets for 3 minutes. Remove tow ire racks to cool completely. Swirled Brownie Cheesecake Bars (Makes 24 bars)You will need for Brownie:1 large egg1/2 cup vegetable oil3 Tbsp. waterFor Filling:1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened1/4 cup granulated sugar1 large eggPreheat oven to 350degF. Spray 8-inch-square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.*Stir Brownie Mix, 1 egg, oil and water in large bowl until blended. Stir in Morsels.Beat softened cream cheese and sugar in small bowl with electric mix until blended. Add 1 egg; mix until creamy.Spread half of brownie batter on bottom of prepared pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie batter. Place teaspoon-sized dollops of remaining brownie batter evenly over top of cream cheese layer. Swirl mixtures deeply with spoon, pulling bottom brownie batter up through cream cheese to the surface.Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes our nearly clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate 2 hours before cutting.*For easier clean-up and cutting of the Brownie, line baking pan with foil & grease for easy removal! Spray 8-inch-square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.*Stir Brownie Mix, egg, oil and water in large bowl until blended. Stir in 2/3 cup morsels.Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.Bake 10 minutes, remove from oven and carefully sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup morsels on top of batter.Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
