Mini Cups (Makes 24 Cups)You will need:1 large egg1/2 cup vegetable oil3 Tbsp. waterPreheat oven to 325degF. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.Stir Brownie Mix, egg, oil and water in large bowl until blended. Stir in 1/3 cup ButterfingerÂ® Baking Bits.Drop by heaping teaspoons into prepared cups.Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of cups comes out clean. Make an indentation in each cup with the back of round measuring teaspoon. Fill each cup with 1 teaspoon of remaining 2/3 cup ButterfingerÂ® Baking Bits.Cool 15 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Brownie Cookies (Makes about 20 cookies)You will need:1 large egg1/3 cup vegetable oil2 Tbsp. waterPreheat oven to 325degF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease.Stir Brownie Mix, egg, oil and water in large bowl until dough forms. Gently stir in ButterfingerÂ® Baking Bits.Drop dough by rounded tablespoon, 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until centers are set but still soft. Cool cookies for 3 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Brownies (Makes 16 bars)You will need:1 large egg1/2 cup vegetable oilPreheat oven to 325degF. Spray 8-inch-square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.*Stir Brownie Mix, egg, oil and water in large bowl until blended. Stir in 2/3 cup ButterfingerÂ® Baking Bits.Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.Bake 25 minutes, remove from oven and carefully sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup ButterfingerÂ® Baking Bits on top of batter.Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack before cutting.*For easier clean-up and cutting of the Brownie, line baking pan with foil & grease for easy removal!
