Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Microwave Oven (for a 1200W microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Remove film and stir; replace film. Cook on high an additional 1 minute, 30 seconds. Conventional Oven: Do not place this bowl in the oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes; stir and re-cover cook an additional 18 minutes. Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying! Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Keep frozen, my friend.
