What you Need:11/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken; cut in 1/4-inch dice1 Tbsp. sugar, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, 3/4 cup water2 Tbsp. oil1/2 cup unsalted peanuts4 large green onions, thinly sliced Preparations:1. Blend seasoning, sugar, soy sauce, and water; set aside. 2. In large skillet or wok, heat oil; add chicken and stir-fry until well-browned.3. Add peanuts and stir-fry until browned. 4. Add onions and stir-fry. 5. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute or until thickened.Makes 4 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
