1. Microwave in open container at medium power. Do not overheat. 2. Stir at 30 second intervals during microwaving until fully melted & smooth: about 2 minutes (melted wafers retain shape until stirred). 3. Dip fruit by steam or with toothpick & cool on waxed paper until hardened. Keep fruit & utensils dry, moisture will thicken chocolate. 4. Flash cool by placing in refrigerator for 3-5 minutes to give the best appearance. Serve within 24 hours.
