Directions Keep frozen until ready to prepare. 1. Choose a pan: 9" x 13" baking pan, 9 rolls; 8" baking pan, 4 rolls; 11" x 17" baking sheet, 12 rolls.2. Spray pan with cooking spray. Place frozen rolls in pan and cover with plastic wrap sprayed with cooking spray to keep it from sticking to rolls while rising.3. Regular Method 3 to 5 hours: Let rolls thaw and rise 3 to 5 hours, until double in size. Actual time depends on the temperature of your kitchen. Carefully remove plastic wrap.OrQuick Method* 11/2 hours: Preheat oven to 175degF. Then turn oven off. Put rolls in oven and let thaw and rise 1 to 11/2 hours or until double in size. Carefully remove pan. Carefully remove plastic wrap.OrOvernight Method: Refrigerate pan of rolls and frosting packets overnight. In the morning, rolls may need to continue rising at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours (until double in size). Carefully remove plastic wrap.4. When rolls are ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350degF. Bake 15–20 minutes, until light brown. Do not overbake!5. Knead thawed frosting packets gently before opening. Spread frosting over rolls while they are still warm. *Quick method may make rolls less smooth on top. Flavor is unaffected. Best appearance is achieved using the regular method. Convection Oven: Lower baking temperature to 325degF. Bake rolls 10–15 minutes. For best results, make sure dough is frozen solid and not stuck together. Keep frozen.
