Keep frozen. Fully cooked. Microwaveable. Heating instructions: Fully heat bowl contents until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwave oven: (preferred method): Remove bowl from box. Cut a few 1" slits in the plastic wrap. Place in microwave oven. Heat on high for 2-2 1/2 minutes. Remove from microwave and let sit for 1 minute before eating. Stir and enjoy! Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Conventional oven: Remove bowl from box and remove plastic wrap completely. Wrap bowl in foil. Place in oven and heat at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir and enjoy!
