Water, White Corn Tortilla (Masa Flour, Water, Traces of Lime), Shredded Chicken (White Meat Chicken, Water, Rice Starch, Salt), White Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Tomato Paste, Roasted Green Bell Peppers, Canola Oil, Ground Chili Pepper, Tomato Paste (Tomatoes), Corn Starch, Enriched Unbleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sea Salt, White Distilled Vinegar, Onion Powder, Oregano, Cumin, Chili Pepper, Apple Cider Vinegar, Chipotle Pepper, Dehydrated Garlic, Ground Bay Leaf, Black Pepper.


Keep frozen. Microwaveable. Cook thoroughly. Cooking instructions: Fully heat bowl contents until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwave oven: (preferred method): 1. Remove tray from box. 2. Puncture holes in film to allow ventilation. 3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. 4. Let stand for 1 minute to let cool. 5. Remove film. 6. Enjoy! Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove overwrap and cover tray with foil. 3. Place on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes. 5. Let stand covered for 3 minutes. 6. Enjoy! Caution: contents are hot!
