McCormick Minced Garlic. 1 tsp. McCormick Oregano Leaves. You will need. 3 tbsp. lime juice. 2 tbsp. olive oil. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/4 tsp. McCormick Ground Black Pepper. 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips. 1 small green or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips. 1 small onion, thinly sliced 6 flour tortillas (8-inch). 1. Mix juice, oil, salt and all of the spices in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. 2. Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and marinade; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp and chicken is cooked through. 3. Spoon chicken mixture into warm tortillas.
