How to cook: rinse red quinoa under cold water before cooking. Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan and bring to a vigorous boil. Add 1 cup of red quinoa, cover with a lid, and bring to low-medium heat. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve. Enjoy! Ready in about 15 min. Red quinoa is an organic agricultural product. Despite the use of modern cleaning equipment it is not always possible to remove all foreign material. Always rinse and sort red quinoa before cooking.
