You Will Need1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix3 lbs. meat, such as beef, pork or lamb1/4 cup oil2 tbsp. vinegar1 tbsp. waterDirections1. Pierce less tender cuts of meat, such as chuck, round, flank or skirt, with a fork. Do not pierce more tender cuts, such as sirloin, top loin, tenderloin, rib or rib-eye.2. Mix Seasoning Mix, oil, vinegar and water in glass dish. Add meat; turn to coat well. Cover Marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.3.
