Enriched Long Grain Rice [Rice, Niacin, Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamin (Thiamin Mononitrate), Folic Acid], Spicy Yellow Seasoning [Salt, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Vegetables (Red and Green Bell Pepper, Onion, Garlic), Sugar, Corn Starch, Turmeric, Cellulose Powder, Spices, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soybean Oil, Modified Food Starch, Cooked Chicken Skin, Maltodextrin, Soy Flour, Chicken Fat, Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Natural Flavors, Chicken Meat, Extractives of Turmeric, Caramel Color, Chicken Broth, Calcium Silicate (Prevents Caking), Silicon Dioxide (Prevents Caking)].


On the Stove: Bring 1-2/3 cups of water and 1 tablespoon tub margarine to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in Mahatma Rice Mix. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. In the Microwave: In a 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe dish, combine 1-2/3 cups hot water, 1 tablespoon margarine and Mahatma Rice Mix. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Reduce setting to 50% power and microwave for 17 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. If your microwave does not have variable power settings, follow your manufacturer's directions. Makes about 2-1/2 servings, 1 cup cooked each.
